诺和诺德、BMS…MNC亚太区战略前瞻,来BIOCHINA2026解码!

在跨国药企的战略版图中,亚太区正以前所未有的速度成为创新与增长的交汇点。一边是重注未来,加码研发与产能;另一边是重塑架构,聚焦前沿与效率——行业巨头的每一次布局,不仅关乎其自身航向,也深刻映射着区域健康产业的未来格局。


百时美施贵宝(BMS)近一年在亚太区进行了旨在聚焦创新药物的战略性业务重组与架构调整。根据公司公告,BMS计划于2026年初出售其在中美上海施贵宝制药有限公司所持有的多数股权,以优化其投资组合。同时,公司完成了全球重组并新设立了独立的亚太业务部门,以强化区域战略地位。在研发层面,BMS明确表示将提升亚太区在其全球创新体系中的比重,计划未来使其全球三期临床试验中约40%的患者来自亚太地区。


近年来,诺和诺德在亚太区,特别是中国市场进行了显著的产能与市场双重布局。在市场准入方面,其备受关注的GLP-1减重药物Wegovy已于2024年11月在中国正式获批上市,标志着其核心产品进入这一关键市场。为支持未来产能,公司于2025年宣布向其位于中国天津的生产基地追加投资约8亿元人民币,主要用于扩建质量控制实验室,该项目预计于2026年第四季度完工。诺和诺德全球总裁兼首席执行官曾在2024年5月向路透社明确表示,公司已将中国与北美和欧洲并列为全球三大增长引擎之一。

Jean-Baptiste Duval, Pharm D, is a Director at Corporate Finance International (CFI), where he spearheads the Healthcare & Life Sciences practice. With over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, Jean-Baptiste specializes in mid-market M&A transactions and capital raising, typically ranging from €10M to €500M.

His expertise spans the entire healthcare ecosystem, with a particular focus on Biotech (Henlius), Pharma (Merck) Pharma Services (CDMO/CRO), MedTech, Specialty Diagnostics, and Food Supplements. He is recognized for his ability to navigate complex cross-border deals, connecting European founders with global strategic acquirers and Tier-1 Private Equity funds.

Distinguished by an entrepreneurial mindset, Jean-Baptiste is the founder of several pharma & food supplement companies. This dual perspective—as both a seasoned advisor and a business owner—allows him to provide deeply empathetic and strategically aligned counsel to entrepreneurs and management teams.

Jean-Baptiste holds a deep understanding of the regulatory and scientific drivers in the healthcare sector, ensuring that every transaction is backed by technical accuracy and long-term strategic value.


Dr. Jenny Yang is the Head of External Innovation Asia Pacific at Novo Nordisk, where she leads the identification, evaluation, and integration of enabling technologies, novel targets, and innovative therapeutics from discovery through phase 3 development.

She graduated from Peking University, obtained her PhD from Columbia University, and completed postdoctoral training at Caltech and the Howard Hughes Medical Institute (HHMI). Since joining Novo Nordisk in 2008, she has served in multiple scientific and leadership roles, including Vice President of Drug Discovery Technology.

In her current role within Global Business Development, Dr. Yang scouts for strategic external opportunities and leads cross‑functional global teams to conduct scientific and business due diligence in support of partnership and investment decisions. She builds flexible and diverse collaboration models tailored to programs at different stages and actively advances the innovation ecosystem across Asia Pacific.


Dr. Feng Bian is an Executive Director, Head of China Integrative Sciences at Bristol Myers Squibb based in Shanghai. She is responsible for scouting and partnering in early R&D space to cultivate strong and in-depth scientific relationships with biotech companies, academic and life science communities with a primary focus on China and nearby regions to access emerging innovative sciences including novel targets, breakthrough technologies, translational research related platforms, and with the focus on new or highly differentiated peri-PCC/IND discovery molecules in 2025.


Before this, Dr. Bian was a Senior Director and China Emerging Science Lead in Pfizer Emerging Science & Innovation (ES&I) of Pfizer Worldwide Research, Development & Medical focusing on China and nearby Asia regions. Prior to Pfizer ES&I, Dr. Bian was a senior investigator in China Novartis Institutes for Biomedical Research and group head of liver pharmacology since 2014 in Shanghai. At Novartis, she was a project leader and managed liver disease pharmacology platform to deliver data packages for worldwide drug discovery projects. Before Novartis, she was a key scientist participated in setting up JNJ China research labs in 2012, and Associate Director of Biology to manage CROs and academic collaborations as well as internal R&D programs. Dr. Bian began her R&D career in Parke-Davis/Warner-Lambert in US as an in vivo pharmacologist in the Neuroscience Division, and later became a principal scientist in Pfizer’s Neurodegeneration and Psychotherapeutics Unit, contributing to programs like Lyrica®,discovery programs for Alzheimer’s disease, bipolar depression, and dermal fibrosis. Dr. Bian has more than 20 years of expertise in small molecule and biologics drug discovery and her work has enabled several NMEs to reach first in human. Dr. Bian received her Doctorate degree in Biochemistry from The Ohio State University and her Bachelor of Science degree from Nankai University at Tianjin, China.
